Kate Helping Angel offers a comprehensive plan management service, acting as the financial manager for your NDIS plan. We liaise with providers to implement and manage the plan effectively, ensuring all financial processes are handled smoothly to support your goals.
A plan manager typically handles tasks such as:
- Monitoring and tracking NDIS funds to keep track of the amount spent and the remaining balance.
- Providing guidance on how to optimally use NDIS funds, including the remaining amount, to achieve their goals.
- Reviewing customers’ existing NDIS funding plans and updating them according to the new NDIS guidelines.
- Resolving issues between NDIS participants and their financial providers, if any.
